What type of yoga am I practicing?

Hatha Yoga is the umbrella of Yoga that you will be practicing under.

AYAMA is a style of yoga that focuses on dynamically moving through prescribed poses that have been identified for each participant based on where you feel muscle tightness or weakness. The goal is to strengthen key muscles in your body, helping you move off the mat with less pain and a general improvements in well-being.

The foundation for the movement is breath control. Hatha yoga is not about acrobatic poses or stretching. We use the breath to aid & deepen the practice.
